This agreement is between you ("Customer", "You") and Peak Performance Labs LLC ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), owner and operator of this website and all content and functionality contained herein.

By visiting, using, or ordering through the website, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy without limitation. If you do not agree, exit the website immediately.

This Agreement supersedes all prior understandings regarding the website, its content, products, or services. You agree not to use or access the website if doing so would violate the laws of your country of residence.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim or £500, whichever is lower.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement and any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, and the courts of United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

DATA & PRIVACY

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy at peakclaritylab.com for details on lawful bases, retention, and data subject rights.

SEVERABILITY; NO WAIVER; HEADINGS

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. No failure to enforce is a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
